- Enrique Molina Lyceum’s Theater

Many cultural infraestructure projects fail due to real state concerns. One more time cultural development surrender under “economic” development. The long extension of the Lyceum’s site makes up for the possibility to restorate in low density an old theater thats located in an important public space. In a closer scale, the increased mission of the new Cultural Center requires open spaces for spreading excellence art expressions and hosting public cultural needs.
