Houses in Chile that have less than 140 sqm can access to an special discount in their periodic tax. For that reason, is easy to find many examples of middle class homes near to this number. But what about if the needs of these familes exceed this area? In this case we searched for the many interpretrations of what is or not countable as a constructed surface. The result is around 40 sqm (180 final) more of useful spaces out of a 140 sqm house.
